WARNING - SCAMMING ALERT:

Please read these guidelines to avoid becoming a victim to scammers! 

1.    To all owners placing their unit for sale or for rent: Please send us an e-mail to: owners@lacabanabrc.com , copy your potential buyer or renter on the e-mail, to authorize us to release information to your potential buyer or renter. Subject of the e-mail should be: VERIFICATION REQUEST. This way, we can reply to all with the ownership verification to maintain everyone on the same page.
2.    To all potential buyers or renters: Before sending money to another person, verify first if the offer is legitimate. Don’t become a victim! 1. You can call us directly at +(297) 520-1100 and request the Owners Services department. If you are calling from the USA, then the code is 011-297-520-1100. You can also call one of the Owners Services Representatives directly. 
OR 2, you can send us an e-mail to verify the ownership. To do this safely click on CONTACT US on this website, click on RESERVATIONS, click on the e-mail address: owners@lacabanabrc.com and you will be redirected to setup an e-mail directly to us. NEVER depend on an e-mail that was supposedly sent by the owner. If the e-mail address changes when you click on reply, it is a clear sign that the e-mail address has been masked. If you contact us and the name of the renter or seller does not appear as an owner, we will tell you this right away!
3.    Red flags should be: e-mail addresses change, different names in the e-mail, grammatical errors in how the e-mail is written, incomplete forms, requests to send money through Western Union, cashier’s checks, cash, etc.
4.    Guest Authorizations are NOT valid without a confirmation from La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino. Guest Authorizations are typically processed within 2 weeks.
5.    All owners have access to our ABC’s of Vacation Ownership where you will find all information to safely rent or purchase from another owner.
6.    La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino will not be held responsible for, but not limited to, any negotiations, monetary transactions and/or incorrect information between owners and third parties. If you have been scammed, we recommend that you contact your local authorities to press charges against the scammer. 


POSTING RULES: 

1.    Prices are not allowed.
2.    Indecent postings and/or postings that have nothing to do with La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino will not be approved.
3.    Duplicate posts or postings made on the wrong boards may be removed.
4.    Postings will appear the following day on the boards, except during weekends or holidays when moderation can take longer.
5.    La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino is not responsible for incorrect information posted on the boards by owners and/or reactions by third parties.

Vaccination Verification Card

If you have been fully vaccinated & hold a Vaccine Verification Card do you still have to have a COVID test performed 72 hrs prior to departing for Aruba?

arrival day

I am interested in purchasing a week but the week is saturday to saturday. Can I have LaCabana change that to Thursday to Thursday. If possible let me know how to accomplish this. if it can not be done please explain why.

unknown lacabana e-mail address sent to me

I received an e-mail from admin@lacabanabrc.cf asking me to click on a link to verify my information because of unusual activity on my account. As all lacabana e-mail addresses have ended in .com is this a scam e-mail looking for my personal information? If not, I have listed my wk 18 unit 106A for rent if that is the activity you are looking at. Tony Angiulo

anti-gen test vs covid 19 test

prior to leaving aruba, we are required to submit to a covid 19 test at a cost of $115.00..... The anti gen test is only $4.00 What is the difference and is the anti-gen test available and accepted for entry to the USA? can I please get a response or a referal to someone who has knowledge of this.
